Detecting Administrators
This plugin detects administrators by their access level. An administrator is defined as any player who has
either ACCESS_MAP or ACCESS_KICK access.
To be used effectively you need to make your regular players aware of the say_admin commands. I recommend you
announce it in your connection message and/or post an announcement on your forums.
