plugin_haplo_alltalk v1.0:
Dieses Plugin ist ein abgespecktes Democracy2 Plugin, das in ein Alltalk-Plugin umgeschrieben wurde.
Alltalk ist eine Servervariable, die es allen erlaubt über das HL-Voice alle Spieler zu hören, unabhängig davon in welchem Team sie spielen oder ob tot oder lebendig.
Die zugehörigen Befehle:
admin_at talk //Schaltet Alltalk an
admin_at notalk //Schaltet Alltalk aus
admin_vote_at on //Erlaubt Alltalk-Votes
admin_vote_at off //Verbietet Alltalk-Votes
Clientbefehle:
say alltalk //Zeigt als CSay an, ob Alltalk an oder aus ist.
say at on //Zeigt als CSay an, ob Alltalk an oder aus ist.
