Installation:
make sure you check the uncompiled(.sma) version of the plugin to change any settings at the top of the
plugin. once you have done that compile the plugin, and add to your plugins.ini file
if you want this plugin to record what commands admin use, then you need to put this file at the top of
the plugins.ini file.

What it does:
This plugin is designed for admins to be able to see what users on the server say. this is also possible
through the logs kept by your server, but other admins would not have access to it. this plugin just allows
them to be able to keep the servers language down, even if the language abuser isnt on the server at the
time.

Commands:
admin_record <say/say_team/admin_> <on/off> turns the individual recording of either say/say_team/admin 
                                            commands
admin_record_data <user> <number> retrieves the last <number> the <user> has done
admin_record_user <user>/admins <on/off> turns recording on or off for <user> or all admins with a certain
					 level (defined in the plugin).
