This plugin is for having private conversations.
Cobbled together between Scoutn, Bud-froggy, and yensid

COMMANDS

The commands for this plugin are as follows:
	admin_private <target>: Enter private conversation with target.
	admin_unprivate <target>: Leave private conversation with target.
	admin_privateroom <room#> [<target>]: Enter private chat room <room#>.  Include <target> to put someone else in <room#>.
	admin_unprivateroom [<target>]: Leave any private chat room.  Include <target> to remove another player.
say timeleft: Speaks the time remaining to all players.  Note, this does not override the default timeleft message that should display on everyone's screens.  Also, this action can only be performed once every 60 seconds, to prevent spamming.

<target> indicates a specific player's Session ID, WONID, name, or partial name.
<room#> is the room number to chat in.  This can be any number.

HOW IT WORKS

admin_private and admin_unprivate will initiate a private conversation between yourself and your target.  This can only be done by admins.  You speak to each other using your say_team key, which by default is usually 'U'.
admin_privateroom and admin_unprivateroom are used to enter and exit chat rooms.  As a player, you may put yourself in any chat room.  Admins may also put other players in and out of chat rooms.  While in a chat room, everything you say with your say_team key, usually 'U', can be heard by anyone else in the room.  If the person saying something is dead, an alive person in the same room will not be able to hear them unless either the person speaking or the person listening is an admin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This plugin was initially thought up by Scoutn.  He, Bud-Froggy, and yensid figured out how to accomplish this.  It finally grew in to this version, which includes the ability for all players to initiate their own chat rooms.
