First install Botmans Monster plugin
http://planethalflife.com/botman/monster.shtml

Install like any other plugin

Usage: admin_monster <target> <typeofmonster (0-9)>
0=agrunt
1=bullsquid
2=hassassin
3=headcrab
4=houndeye
5=hgrunt
6=islave
7=scientist
8=snark
9=zombie

If admin has admin_ban access, this will spawn a monster 
of given type, right in front of target. 
Great for AWP campers!
