-=Plugin_KrezerJ_Listen v1.0=-

Allow admins or any number of individuals to 
intercept and hear all client say messages!!

Install:

1. put compiled plugin_krezerj_listen in .../mod/dlls/

2. copy listen.ini into .../mod/

3. add to plugin.ini

4. make sure file_access_read is set to 1 in server.cfg

5. make sure file_access_write is set to 1 in server.cfg

6. Enjoy

Extra Notes:

Listen access is based on wonid for security reasons

if you Manually Edit listen.ini you must make a 
NEW EMPTLY LINE at the bottom of listen.ini

above 'mod' is whatever Half-Life mod you are using
exe. /cstrike/dlls/ for Counter-Strike
