DESCRIPTION:
           0==|==KoS==> admin_vote_ban
*     A METHOD OF GETTING BACK AT SPAMMERS     *
*          WHEN NO ADMINS ARE PRESENT          *

Allows the players to vote to ban a spammer with 
a 30 minute cap on it, preventing the spammer from
returning; a better method than admin_vote_kick,
since the spammer can just return after being kicked.

You can change the amount of time to ban a voted player
by by scrolling down to where the line is commented. Be
sure to change every mention of thirty minutes to match
the time you set to ban players by.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1) Compile the PLUGIN_KOS_VOTEBAN.SMA file on your OS, be it Linux or Win32.
  2) Place the compiled .AMX file generated in the DLLS folder of the mod you
     wish to install it on. For example: <MOD>/DLLS/PLUGIN_KOS_VOTEBAN.AMX
  3) Add the appropriate path to your plugin.ini file near the bottom. Example:
     DLLS/PLUGIN_KOS_VOTEBAN.AMX
  4) Kill your server and restart it.
