 This is the Clan Tag Check Plugin
 This is the second version of it I made
 Major changes are you don't have to recompile
 because it uses an external file that stores the
 WONID's, so you only have to edit that when you
 need to change something, and everything is
 edited at the top of the plugin now, its much
 easier to do, you only have to compile the plugin
 one time
 I didn't want to make a program for it this time
 sorry it takes to long and its even easier than
 before to use.
 Just make sure you don't have more than 100 WONID's
 because if you do, it won't work as it checks
 automatically up to 100, any more would lag the server

 Its useful for kicking llamas that try
 to impersonate your clan tag

 It checks the WONID of everyone in the server
 and sees if they are using a tag, if they are
 and they are not in your clan, it boots them,
 it speaks in the HL voice almost anything, just
 mess around a little for what you want, something
 like "you are not authorized ass hole", etc,
 then it prints a message in their console to change
 the tag and then it kicks the user

 ALL MODIFICATIONS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE SMA FILE
 ONLY ONE CHANGE IS REQUIRED IN THE SMA FILE
 
 Required:
 1. Modify ClanTag1 to whatever your clan tag is
 
 Optional:
 1. Modify AutoKick if you want autokick on/off,
    bu default it is on
 2. Modify SpeakGoodbye to what you want HL voice to say
 
 After you do that:
 1. Modify the WONID's in the WONID.CFG file, each on a separate line
    and place this file into the mod folder (/mod-dir/)
 2. Compile script, and place amx in normal spot (/mod-dir/dlls)
