Function- Display frag count easily at bottom of screen.
	- Display frag count of chosen user

Install- Place plugin in folder and update plugin.ini
in the server.cfg or listenserver.cfg place a bind line to your preference of key
i chose the middle button of my mouse
bind "mouse3" "admin_fragsay"

bind "anykey" "admin_fragus anyuser u want"

bind "anykey" "admin_god"
