This script allows for Diablo2 style emoting and whispering.
They are done thru messagemode1 (say).
/me <message> will broadcast
<User> message
i.e.,
BAILOPAN: /me laughs at Player (doesn't show up)
BAILOPAN laughs at Player (in admin_ssay form)
/w <player> <message> will send a private message
(whisper) to player.
BAILOPAN: /w Joe Hello! (doesn't show up)
Joe receives: Whisper from BAILOPAN: Hello!
These abilities can be turned on and off with
admin_emote 1/0 and
admin_whisper 1/0
