Install this plugin like you would install any other. The usage for the plugin is: "admin_fireatwill <name, ID, or userID>"

It forces the targeted user to shoot for 5 seconds if it's an automatic weapon. He will at first jump, then he wont be able to move nor steer with his mouse during that time, nor can he jump. Best if used if you suspect someone of cheating, but it makes for some other good uses too. Makes for some nice practical jokes too. Admin level required to use: admin_ban

Best if used:	-without warning
					-on suspicious players
					-with no liberalism. If his recoil is near nill (see pictures), ban him
					-when he is standing still and not moving
					-when you can watch him with the camera angle so that you can find what he is doing.
					-when he facing a wall at a medium distance

If someone attempts to break away from the plugin, using a script or something to rebind things, consider him cheating.
