Most probably because default_access is set to 1. So, everybody joining the server gets access level 1. Change it to 0 in adminmod.cfg and also don't forget to set it also in the console ("rcon default_access 1" or "admin_rcon default_access 1"). So, it will be activated immediately. To assign the new rules to the players who are online and got access level 1 already type "admin_reload" in the console. |
